Your records in the app

Timosaic is provided by AHAKNOW LLC and requires no account. Time entries, diary text, moods, tags, manually entered places, profile and settings stay on your device. Version 1.0 has no cloud sync, advertising or analytics SDKs and does not upload these records to us. It does not automatically monitor activity or Screen Time.

Photos, reminders and places

The system photo picker accesses only the profile photo you choose. Notification permission is requested only when you enable local reminders. Places are typed manually; the app does not request location permission. You can change notification permission in your device settings.

Exporting, keeping and deleting records

Exports are initiated by you. Exported JSON or CSV files may contain personal information, so keep them safe. Any sharing or storage service you choose has its own privacy policy. You can delete entries in the app; uninstalling removes local app data. Manage separate exports and system backups separately. Version 1.0 does not support importing exports.

This website and support

This website is hosted on Vercel, which may process IP addresses, browser information and request logs to serve and secure the site. We add no advertising or analytics scripts or tracking cookies. The painting demo stays only in page memory and resets when you reload. External App Store, GitHub and AhaKnow links are governed by those sites’ policies. Information you submit through GitHub is used to address your request; issues may be public, so please do not post private records.

For privacy questions, contact us through project support. Describe the issue without including sensitive information in a public channel. Changes to this policy will be dated on this page.
